Snowdonia Society

We are proud to do our part to help the Snowdonia Society conserve and enhance the beauty and special qualities of Snowdonia and to promote their enjoyment for the benefit of all those who live, work or visit the area, now and in the future.

The vital work of the Snowdonia Society includes:

  • Practical conservationthat makes a difference to Snowdonia, year on year: litter clearing, footpath maintenance, invasive species management and habitat enhancement for nature
  • Campaigningto protect the special features of Snowdonia from threats such as inappropriate development or erosion of the natural and cultural heritage
  • Work in partnership with Snowdonia National Park Authority , Natural Resources Wales, the National Trust and other conservation bodies, as well as farmers and landowners for the benefit of all those who live, work and visit this incredible place.

Adventurous Ewe is a ‘business member’ of the Snowdonia Society. Plus Jim and Sue, together with some of our local leaders, also help the Society with their local projects such as planting native trees in Snowdonia. This is to help preserve the landscape and enhance wildlife habitat.

We’re really excited to do more for the Snowdonia Society and be part of some of their fantastic initiatives and projects. They’re always a great day out and if you fancy joining us, please get in touch.
